At Soar Beyond, we are committed to providing education and support to the Participant and their families

to ensure their empowerment to lead a fulfilled life - the very life that they wish to live

while maintaining the core values of the Self-Direction program.

As Human Services Professionals and Parent Warriors, we bring not only the book knowledge of the program,

but the day-to-day fundamentals of balancing work, home and yes even a little down time 

while ensuring our loved one's person centered plan, goals and safeguards are met.   

 

That is why we like to say "it takes a village" and accordingly, have pulled together a team of professionals

to work through the "stuff" that initially took months to conquer. 

 

Patience is a virtue in Self-Direction, but the payoff of self-reliant, happy and well-adjusted Participants and families

as an end result is well worth the wait.
